to Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen, a little slice of the Mediterranean
in downtown Walla Walla. Inspired by our travels, Saffron reflects
some of our
favorite aspects of food, service and atmosphere. Our menu
is Mediterranean
inspired, using seasonal, local, organic and all natural ingredients
whenever
possible. From our breads to flatbreads, pastas to cured meats
and sausages,
anything that can be made in house - will be. The wine list is
an eclectic and
fun mix of local and Mediterranean wines that are meant to pair
well with our
bold and full-flavored food. The glow from our open kitchen creates
a warm
atmosphere along with exposed brick and Champagne riddling racks
as tables.
Perfectly situated in Washington wine country, Saffron is walking
distance
from many wine tasting rooms, hotels and B&B’s. We are
passionate about
what we do and do what we love. Leave your inhibitions at the
