Reservation Information & Policy

Reservations are recommended and accepted by calling Saffron at 509.525.2112 during our regular business hours. We do accept walk-ins.

• We'd like to accommodate you best, please let us know if you have any information that would help us to do so at your time of booking, i.e. wheelchair accessibility, special dietary concerns and/or restrictions.

• For the consideration of others, please arrive on time as we only seat complete parties and are only able to hold reservations for 15 minutes.

• We can accommodate parties of up to 6 persons, per seating and do our best to allocate 2 – 2 1⁄2 hours for your table

• We require a credit card to reserve a table for event weekends and for parties of 6. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy - any changes or cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to the reservation. Any notice less than 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, a fee of $25 per person will be charged to your credit card for each guest booked.

• We present one check and gratuity of 18% may be added for
parties of 6.
