Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended and accepted by calling Saffron at 509.525.2112 during our regular business hours.

• We do our best to accommodate your preferences, please let us know of any special dietary concerns or restrictions

• For the consideration of others, we are able to hold reservations for only 15 minutes

• We can accommodate parties of up to 6 persons, per seating and do our best to allocate 2 – 2 1⁄2 hours for your table

• We require a credit card to reserve a table for parties of 6. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that includes any changes to your party size. If the reservation is not cancelled, changed or in the event of a no-show, a fee of $25 per person will be charged to your credit card

• A gratuity of 18% may be added for parties of 6 or more
